Thanks for viewing my blog. My interest with blogging lies in the format. It’s like having a diary which people can read and comment on. This can be a good thing and a bad thing! Ultimately it is good. A format for people to share their interests, life experiences, thoughts helps to bridge gaps in our world. It should be an exciting adventure.
My focus is mainly on the lessons I have learned in life while embarking on the path of parenthood. This path has begun while I am in my 30s, and has been quite a change of pace for both my husband and I.
We live on Bainbridge Island in Washington State just outside Seattle. We have been lucky to bring our son Mathias into the world with us, he is now three. We just welcomed baby Hanne into our family on December 9th, 2010! I was an EMT for many years and currently a stay at home mom. My husband works in the wholesale cookware industry (and is an elected public official in our community).
